Our Cashew, Almond and Almond & Coconut mylks are 100% vegan. Our other milks are dairy-free but they’re sweetened with honey, making them less suitable for our vegan friends. That said, we’re working on some new products that are sweetened with dates instead, so keep your eyes peeled for those!

Some of our milks are sweetened with honey, which makes them unsuitable for a keto diet. But our Cashew, Almond and Almond & Coconut milks are all unsweetened and contain less than 5g of carbohydrates per serving, so they’re considered keto-friendly.

The answer is 7 days, the best before date will be on the label.

While our nut milks are dairy-free, they’re also unpasteurised, so some people choose to avoid them throughout their pregnancy. If you’re unsure, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before making a decision on whether our products are safe for you and your baby.

Oh that? Don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with it. Because our nut milks are free from additives, preservatives and emulsifiers, a little separation happens naturally. Just give the bottle a little shake and it’s all gravy, baby.

Whenever possible, we use organic ingredients but occasionally supply issues can get in the way of that. We update our product pages regularly so be sure to look there for the most up to date information.

Some of our friends in the dairy industry would prefer that we don’t call our products ‘milk’ since they don’t come from cows. Fair enough, we said, these distinctions are important. So now we call it ‘mylk’ and we think that’s pretty kool.
